(Disneyland, 1960s) An original painting by Imagineer Marc Davis, used in the creation of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. This original scene concept by Davis reinforces that nothing shall come between a pirate and his buried treasure. The artwork is signed by Davis in the lower-right, and comes with a signed letter of authenticity from his wife, Alice Davis. Measuring 16"x20", the watercolor and ink painting is mounted to artist's board for presentation. It is in very fine condition with minor edge wear to the board.
