Main Description: Manufactured by Ludwig Loewe Berlin, visible numbers match. This rifle does not have Orange Free State Markings but has M.C Barnard etched into right side of stock which is a common practice done by Boers. Barley corn front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, blued finish, unmarked receiver ring, straight bolt handle. Two piece smooth full military wood stocks, straight grip, smooth steel butt plate, sling swivels with brown leather military sling, cleaning rod, bayonet lug.
Wear: Metal finish shows a few light rust speckles, handling marks and wear. Stocks show some marks, scratches and wear.
