Main Description: Manufactured by LSA Co 1874, possibly a Mark I upgraded to Mark II. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, round barrel stamped N.S NEP beside rear sight, large cocking indicator, checkered thumb pad on right rear of receiver, short lever. Two piece smooth full military wood stocks, straight grip, smooth steel butt plate, right side of stock retains roundel, various foreign markings dated 1894. Sling swivels, bayonet lug, cleaning rod.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with light pitted spots, rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows some marks, scratches and wear.
