Main Description: Manufactured by BSA & MCO 1885 as an MKIII, converted by HRB CO 1897 to an ME ACII. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, blued finish, Knox form marked with letter E, top of receiver marked "not for ball", checkered thumb pad on right side of receiver, small cocking indicator, short lever. Two piece smooth full military wood stocks, left side of forend cracked in front of receiver, straight grip, smooth steel butt plate, stock chipped and repaired at toe, Enfield roundel on right side, unmarked bras stock disk, swivels, clearing rod, bayonet lug.
Wear: Metal finish shows some light pitted spots, rust speckles, handling marks and wear. Stocks show some marks, scratches and wear.
