Main Description: Originally manufactured by Enfield 1881, converted by Enfield 1899 to a .303 BR Artillery Carbine. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, receiver barrel and stock have double broad arrows with the letter C indicating sold from stores, small cocking indicator, short lever, checkered thumb pad on right rear of receiver. Two piece smooth full military wood stocks, forearm is chipped, straight grip, smooth steel butt plate, right side of stock has Enfield roundel brass stock disk marked 11/1891, 30RD241, stock is loose, has sling swivels, bayonet lug.
Wear: Metal finish turning brown with pitting, light rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stocks show marks, scratches and wear.
