Pick up is available at London Coin Centre Inc. 357 Talbot Street London Ontario. Please let us know before auction ending if you plan on picking up the items at our store. Please pick items up within 7 days of auction ending or payment clearing.
Shipping will be calculated and added onto the final invoice. Final invoices will be emailed to purchasers within 48 hours of the auction ending.

Personal cheques & money orders will have to fully clear before items are shipped or picked up.

Invoices will be charged to the credit card posted on registration following the auction sale. We must be notified by email prior to the sale conclusion if you plan to pay by Debit, Cash, E-Transfer, Cheque, Money Order or Wire Transfer.
For purchases exceeding $5,000.00, you may be required to pay by wire transfer.

HOW TO BID:
You may send us your bids by email, mail, fax, phone or you can bid on our website, either up to 1 week prior to the sale or by bidding online during the live session. If you would like to bid online, please first register prior to the auction live event. Bidders may register in any of the following ways; by Internet registration, by mail or fax or email, a full bid sheet or telephone bid must be completed and received by auctioneer by 5:00 pm the day before the auction.
No unlimited bids will be accepted. In the event of an identical bid, the auctioneer will give the winning bid to the first received bid.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. In the case of any dispute between bidders the auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to reopen bidding.
BUYERS PREMIUM AND TAXES:
All bidders agree to pay the Buyers Premiums Fee’s that is applied to all winning bids. The premium is 18%. (3% Discount if paid by Cheque, Money Order, E-Transfer or Wire payments. ) Please view Tax Tab, to see applicable taxes.
We, the auctioneer, have the sole right to end the auction at any moment for any reasons deemed reasonable by the auctioneer.
