Opens: April 30th at 10AM
Closes: May 7th at 3PM (Soft Close)
Location: From Hwy 45 & 881 junction by Myrnam, 2 Miles East
to RR90 & North 1 1/4 Mile, West Side.
Soft Close: When a bid is placed in the last five minutes of an auction session, the time remaining is extended by five minutes for all items in that session. The session will not close until there is no bidding on all items for 5 minutes.
NO BUYERS FEE!!! GST and PST charged where applicable.
In our land auctions the seller has the right to accept, reject or counter on the high bid. They usually have until noon the next day to decide. If the bid is not accepted, we negotiate with the high bidder to try to achieve an acceptable price.
This platform will reflect bids as "pending" until they are an official sale.
