Main Description: Manufactured by Long Branch 1944, bolt matches. This rifle is listed in Klanchers book on page 193, but does not have the MP marking on the receiver. Blade front sight with ears and ramp, adjustable stamped CMK3 rear peep sight, blued/blackened finish. Four piece smooth full military wood stocks, forearm appears to have been bedded and adjusted for target shooting, pistol grip (has partial/faint Savage mark on it), smooth steel butt plate with trap, sling swivels, bayonet lugs. Some small parts have LB (Long Branch) and C-Broad arrows stamped on them.
Wear: Metal finish shows some scratches, handling marks and wear. Stocks show some marks, scratches and wear.
