Obv: Roaring lion facing left, Swastika behind it rump, name of cyclic year (Samvatsara) in front. Rev: Devanagari legend Shri Saptakoti/ shwara labdhaveera Shri/Shivachitta Veera Va /jra Devamalaha/ ramari in five lines.

Extremely fine, Very rare.

Vajradeva was the son of Jayakeshi III and had been giving independent charge during his father's reign. He is known to have performed government functions as evident from some inscriptions, which mention endowments in his name. No coins of Vajradeva have been published so far.
