Cal. 30-06. S# B5203. Bbl. 21 5/8". Very nice example of restored Johnson military rifle by Miltech. Numbers mismatched at factory during mfg. Metal has dark parkerized finish. Receiver is marked on left rear w/ "CRANSTON ARMS CO" in triangle as Dutch contract acceptance mark. Receiver marked on top w/ "JOHNSON AUTOMATICS CAL 30-06 SEMI-AUTO MODEL OF 1941". Adj. aperture rear sight graduated to 1,000m. Blade front sight w/ protective ears. Unmarked bbl. has bayonet lug. Unmarked replacement stock set. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: includes a bayonet w/ 7 1/2" triangular blade & leather scabbard. Unmarked bayonet has been reparkerized. Replica leather scabbard in very good serviceable condition w/ light scuffing & staining. Matching numbered military style wooden crate. Crate includes Miltech safety brochure. CONDITION: wood & metal finish near excellent. Front sight height has been reduced by removal of metal. Very good shiny bore w/ light wear to lands. (19-5482/RW). CURIO. $2,000-3,000.
