serial #6087310, 30-06, 24'' 3-56 dated Springfield Armory National Match barrel with a bright excellent bore. The metal surfaces retain about 98% arsenal applied dark parkerized finish with just some light operational wear on the operating rod channel and a few spots of oxidation at the receiver heel. The metal markings remain crisp featuring a ''T'' marked barrel with ''NM *'' stamped along the left side near the muzzle with a ''NM'' marked SA operating rod. The bolt, trigger housing, and hammer are of H&R manufacture. The walnut stock and handguards are replacement Boyd's furniture in excellent condition featuring a C.M.P. boxed cartouche on the left side. The rifle retains the familiar C.M.P. blue hangtag listing the rifle serial number, muzzle reading of 1+, throat erosion reading of 2, rifle grade SA G-3, the tag dated 8/2012.
