Cal. 45 ACP. S# 1259209. Bbl. 5". Mfg. 1943 w/in 2nd of 3rd Army contract for the year. Flannery Type 19 bbl. Slight mixture of features to include: earlier Type E checkered hammer & later serrated safety tab & slidelock. Later 7 ribbed grooved arched mainspring housing. Camo Pachmayr Signature grips. MAGS: 1 fair to good General Shaver 7 rd. w/ spot welled seam at spine plus G on lip. (Used exclusively by Remington Rand.) CONDITION: good overall appearance w/ high point wear & light marks throughout. Frame appears original finish having proper burnish marks around S#. Slide has unusual faint vertical angular scratches on sides only creating series of thin "X"s". Near excellent grips & bore. (20-344/NW). CURIO. $900-1,400.
