PISTOL. Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 0T6912. Bbl. 4 3/4". Mfg. late 1944 into mid 1945 w/ 0-9 prefix before T of S#. 0 prefix indicates earliest example created partially from Chinese contract leftovers. Left side of frame above trigger has Canadian broad arrow w/in C & Long Branch crossed pennant proof. Matte finished w/ matching numbered frame, slide & bbl. Bbl. at port above S# has electro engraved crossed pennants w/out letters. Grip frame properly not slotted & about 40% of original decal at base of front strap. Dovetailed front sight & fixed square notched rear. Has mag. safety, ring hammer & thumb print in slide to enhance takedown. Checkered black plastic grips & lanyard loop at lower left rear of butt. MAGS: 1 very good parkerized 13 rd. w/ aluminum follower & "JI" marked split base. CONDITION: good plus overall appearance w/ numerous light marks, slight areas of high point wear & functional wear. Trigger pivot & mag. safety pin in trigger are in the white. Very good grips. Good plus bore w/ occasional spot of faint cleaned pitting. (20-636/NW). CURIO. $750-1,000.
