Cal. 357 Mag. S# 4366. Bbl. 6". The classic Desert Eagle branded long ago by Hollywood & the alternative music community as the "Deagle", this example chambered in the powerful 357 Mag. loading. Matte blued frame. Fixed blade front sight. Drift adj. rear sight. Traditional single action, gas operated mechanism w/ rotating bolt. Ambidextrous safety on rear serrated slide. Factory plastic wrap around pistol grips. Front beveled mag. well. MAGS: 2-9 rd. factory. CONDITION: finish coverage is uniform w/ noticeable thinning at areas of mechanical intervention such as between the slide & frame. While the finish is a matte bluing on most external components, the immediate chamber area is either finished different or has worn at a different pace. While finish wear is apparent from normal use & holstering, the bore is shiny w/ land & groove rifling rather than polygonal as seen in all later Desert Eagles. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. (21-679/JZ). MODERN. $500-800.
