This four-day hunt for one hunter can be taken in either 2024 or 2025. Included with the donation are reception at Madrid’s International Airport, assistance with gun clearance and gun permit fees, all land transportation, four days accommodations and meals, an English-speaking professional hunter, scouting of the area before the hunter’s arrival, and the trophy fee for one Iberian mouflon sheep. The hunt can be upgraded for additional days and additional game at a rate of $890/day per hunter and $390/day per observer. The $4,900 trophy fee for the mouflon sheep can be applied toward trophy fees for other available game such as four species of ibex, two species of chamois, Iberian red deer, fallow deer, Balearean boc, aoudad, and roe deer (check with the donor for availability of other species; trophy fees range from $3,900 for roe deer to $8,900 for Gredos ibex). Not included with the donation are hunting insurance ($95), hunting license ($295/state), and a 21% VAT on the total value.

Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!

Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Association reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
