The featured colored gemstone is an approximate 109 carat oval, cabochon, natural purplish-red ruby.& nbsp; It is set with claw prongs inside a frame of glittering clear, white sapphires and has a very ornate bail.& nbsp; The pendant has an incredibly beautiful back gallery and it hangs from an 18& quot; vermeil box chain with a lobster clasp.& nbsp; The pendant is approximately 1.75& quot;w x 2& quot;l with an additional 1/2& quot; for the bail.
