KNIVES W/ SCABBARDS. These “all purpose” knives were made at Springfield Armory, 8 1.2” x 2” blades designed for use in the west by all troops. Each knife is found w/ a Watervliet Arsenal brass & leather mounted scabbard. Serial numbers 338, 441, 709 & 912. CONDITION: very good to fine overall, blades vary from very good to fine w/ sharpening, some luster w/ staining & pitting, markings are all discernable on knives & scabbards. (02-13693/JS). $700-1,200.
