Cal. about 50. NSN. Bbls. 4 1/2" w/ oct. profile in mid section. Smooth bores. Engraved sidelocks have manual safeties & are marked "GRIERSON, LONDON". Dbl. triggers, walnut stock w/ checkered grip. Engraved iron trigger guard. Iron underrib holds the replacement brass ramrod. Forward rammer bridle is not attached. CONDITION: bbls. & underrib show general pitting. Locks have faded to mottled gray showing spots of light pitting. Left lock will not hold in cock position. Grip shows moderate wear w/ dents & handling marks. Dark pitted bores. (01-17725/DS). ANTIQUE. $1,000-1,500.
