Baton measures 20” in length & is topped by a gilded eagle similar to a flag pole top. Written in gold letters on the finely finished wooden shaft is, “NATIONAL ENCAMPMENT GAR 1904 BOSTON”. An attractive yellow tassel is tied around the top. CONDITION: there is a bit of tarnish on the eagle. Gold lettering is slightly worn. Finish on baton is nearly complete. (02-13508/BF). $300-500.
