Flash Gordon (1980) - Emperor Ming Royal Guard Blaster.
Made of fiberglass.
Repainted after for another production or possible photo shoot.
Original blaster used by one of Emperor Ming Royal Guards in the Mike Hodges directed science fantasy film 'Flash Gordon' (1980), based on the King Features comic strip of the same name created by Alex Raymond, where a football player and his friends travel to the planet Mongo and find themselves fighting the tyranny of Ming the Merciless to save Earth.
Starring Sam J. Jones, Melody Anderson, Topol, Timothy Dalton and Max von Sydow.
