SERIAL NUMBER: 1755876. BARREL: 18". CALIBER: .30 CARBINE. MANUFACTURED: 1943. Made as part of the first contract assigned to Rock Ola Music Corp. Barrel is "ROCK-OLA" marked, and has a "P" firing proof. All parts are early Rock Ola production, including the stock and hand guard, which are both "RMC" marked. There is a faint boxed "RMC" cartouche on the left side, in addition to a crossed cannons cartouche. Standard blade front sight and flip up rear. Original parkerized finish and oiled wood stock. Includes original green canvas sling (unmarked), and metal oiler. No magazine. CONDITION: Metal is very good overall, with some wear on the barrel. Wood has a few minor scratches and dents. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. C&R
