PRESENTATION PLATE BY GEORG JENSEN. Sterling silver plate measures approx. 6 7/8" in diameter. Plate has a black formica bottom w/ a silver 5 star general"s insignia in the center. Engraving reads, "GENERAL OMAR N. BRADLEY 75th BIRTHDAY FEBRUARY 12th 1968" at the top & the initials "MCH" at the bottom. The initials at the bottom stand for Marjorie & Chester Hansen who gave the plate to General Bradley on his 75th birthday. "Chet" Hansen was Bradley"s Aid-de-Camp & wrote several biographies about Bradley. Jensen"s original felt storage envelope & box are included. CONDITION: like new w/ slight tarnish.
