Sit at the Chef's table with Executive Chef Ben Simpkins, CEC, CCA, WCC, who will prepare some of his signature recipes. Your meal is served with paired wines and Chef Simpkins will give a demonstration of the menu's preparation. Chef Simpkins is a Johnson & Wales grad and has been a featured chef at the James Beard House twice and was named the Northeast Regional Chef of the Year in 2018 by the American Culinary Federation.
