(Disneyland, c. 1970's-80's). Disneyland Space Mountain opened May 27, 1977 as an indoor, space-themed roller coaster. Space Mountain was first conceived by Walt Disney after seeing the success of the Matterhorn, which was the world's first tubular roller coaster. The new innovation of tubular roller coasters opened the door for Disney to seek more creative attraction themes. Space Mountain continues to be one of the most beloved attractions by guests of five Disney theme parks. Offered here is a beautiful cast created from an original Space Mountain vehicle rocket thruster. The cast is in very good condition, made of resin and body painted by a former Disney Imagineer.

In House shipping is available for a fee. Cost of materials, labor, and transportation. We also work with third party shippers or can take items to a shipping store of your choice. Freight shipping is also an option. Please ask for a freight quote before bidding on items that require freight shipping. We will only ship to the address registered on your payment account. If you need something shipped to a different address then it is the buyers responsibility to update your payment info's address. For example, if you pay by paypal we will only ship to the address that is registered to that paypal account. Please contact us in advance if you need an item shipped to a separate address. Local pick up is an option as well. Must provide ID and sign off on item(s). If ID does not match the winning bidders information we will not release item(s).
