(Roy Cox & Disneyland, c. 1961) A Rare Roy Cox Thimble Drome Sign that was created in connection with Disneyland's "Thimble Drome Flight Circle", circa 1961. The sign is made of masonite board and is hand painted. The sign can fold in half. All original hardware and brackets. During that era there was a Roy Cox warehouse in Santa Ana. The Cox company was given a contract with Disneyland to sell and operate their motorized planes, boats, and tether cars. During the time that Cox sponsored the The Flight Circle, which became known as Thimble Drome Flight Circle, Cox was allowed to advertise and sell their products at Disneyland, this section was recognized as Hobbyland. The sign measures approximately 48" in diameter.

In House shipping is available for a fee. Cost of materials, labor, and transportation. We also work with third party shippers or can take items to a shipping store of your choice. Freight shipping is also an option. Please ask for a freight quote before bidding on items that require freight shipping. We will only ship to the address registered on your payment account. If you need something shipped to a different address then it is the buyers responsibility to update your payment info's address. For example, if you pay by paypal we will only ship to the address that is registered to that paypal account. Please contact us in advance if you need an item shipped to a separate address. Local pick up is an option as well. Must provide ID and sign off on item(s). If ID does not match the winning bidders information we will not release item(s).
