DEMO LOT
(Disney, c. 1923). Walt Disney first arrived to Hollywood in 1923 and roomed with his uncle at 4406 Kingswell Avenue. There he built an animation stand in the garage, serving as his first studio where he worked on an animation reel of cartoon jokes. In 1982 the garage-turned-studio was sold and moved to the Garden Grove Historical Society where it is now on display, just a few miles away from Disneyland. During the move, some small pieces became separated from the garage and were not deemed necessary to be part of the restoration process. Offered here is one such piece that comes with a Phil Sears Lifetime Guarantee Certificate of Authenticity.

In House shipping is available for a fee. Cost of materials, labor, and transportation. We also work with third party shippers or can take items to a shipping store of your choice. Freight shipping is also an option. Please ask for a freight quote before bidding on items that require freight shipping. We will only ship to the address registered on your payment account. If you need something shipped to a different address then it is the buyers responsibility to update your payment info's address. For example, if you pay by paypal we will only ship to the address that is registered to that paypal account. Please contact us in advance if you need an item shipped to a separate address. Local pick up is an option as well. Must provide ID and sign off on item(s). If ID does not match the winning bidders information we will not release item(s).
