Cal. 7.65 Argentine. S# E8706. Bbl. 29". All visible numbers match. Very nice example of 1909 Argentine Mauser w/ very high degree of original finish including heat blue. Markings are crisp. Receiver is marked w/ "DWM MAUSER MODELO ARGENTINO 1909". Receiver ring has Argentine crest. Straight bolt handle. Tangent rear sight graduated to 2,000m. Inverted V front sight. Cleaning rod & bayonet adapter are present. Matching walnut stock set. CONDITION: stock set has very light wear & scattered handling marks. 2 Sm. filled repairs on left side ahead of recoil bolt. Sm. chip on left side behind lower band. Receiver & bolt are bright. Balance of metal has 85% blue w/ several scratches & sm. spots of missing finish notable on bbl. & upper bbl. band. Near excellent shiny bore. (20-385/RW). CURIO. $500-700.
