Colt Bisley Single Action Army Revolver, #268554, .32 WCF (.32-20) cal., 5.5'' barrel marked with the Colt name and address in one line on top, and ''Bisley Model 32 W.C.F.'' on left side; solid frame with the 1871-72-75 patent dates in two lines and a ''Rampant Colt'' encircled logo on left side; loading gate is batch-marked ''320''; fluted 6-shot round cylinder; steel gripstraps; checkered two-piece hard rubber grips with the Rampant Colt in a raised oval panel at top. Mfg'd 1905, originally in blued finish with case hardened frame and hammer. Condition is very good. Metal surfaces show an overall smooth gunmetal-brown patina (barrel with muzzle wear); correct-style hammer may be a later replacement. Grips with mildly-worn checkering and relief details, fit well and have a couple tiny chips at left butt. Markings are clear; action is smooth and crisp; bore is clean with defined rifling. Marked on butt are letters that read, ''NYCPD/90''. Est.: $900-$1,200. (C&R/PPT)
