Circa 1965 Philco electronics training apparatus comprising a vacuum-tube characteristics test panel and two variable power-supply panels. The tube panel is arranged for pentode experiments, with a multi-pin tube socket, dual analog meters, terminal points, selectors, and a printed circuit diagram. Each power-supply section has an analog DC voltmeter, B+ and C+ adjustment controls, transformer and rectifier diagrams, color-coded terminals, a power switch, indicator light, and fuse position. One power-supply panel is mounted above the tube-characteristics section in a gray metal housing; the second is housed separately in yellow metal with an attached AC cord. The faceplates are marked "PHILCO - A Subsidiary of Ford Motor Company."
