Our Mission:
To contribute to the mental and physical health and wellbeing of active-duty Navy SEALs and their family members by providing a sanctuary for rest, regeneration, and reconnection of SEAL fathers, wives, and children through the offering of neuroscience-based wellness programs both for individuals and whole SEAL families.
The C4 Foundation provides support and resources through science-based programs to active-duty Navy SEALs and their families.
They strengthen family relationships and enhance support networks for our most elite warriors, their immediate families and the SEAL community as a whole.
C4 Foundation is customizing a program that helps alleviate stress during the transition process both into, and out of, deployment for Navy SEALs and their families.
They do this by providing workshops, classes and programs, backed by scientific research, to help strengthen family unity.
They are also partnering with world-class institutes and researchers to employ cutting-edge performance science-based programs.
