Loading gate has assembly number "1101". Trigger guard is numbered "132366" over "K" inspection mark. Backstrap is numbered "91907" over "G" inspection mark. 1 Piece walnut grip, left panel has 1903 date over partially visible "JWC" cartouche. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: Colt letter giving the following information. "Serial Number: 113514 / Caliber: 45/c / Barrel Length: Not Listed. / Finish: Blue / Type of Stocks: Not listed / Sold to: United States Government / Delivered to: U.S. Government / Inspector at Colt Plant / Date of shipment: December 17, 1884. / Number of Same Type / Guns in Shipment: 200". CONDITION: bbl. retains 70% lightly faded blue showing scratches & spots of finish loss w/ pitting near muzzle. Ejector housing retains 50% blue w/ area of flaking showing light pitting. Frame has faded to a mottled gray. Trigger guard retains 40% blue finish in forward areas. Back strap retains some blue in protected areas w// balance fading to a mottled gray brown.
