REVOLVER. Cal. 45 Colt. S# 62837. Bbl. 5 1/2”. Blue & case colored, full blade front sight, 1 line address w/ daggers. Left side of frame is marked "U.S." Trigger guard is numbered 71294, backstrap 61553, cyl. numbered w/ partially discernable proofs & 4076, inspected “JTC”, bbl. numbered 7128, ejector housing has bullseye style ejector rod head & dimpled ends to arbor. CONDITION: very good overall, traces of blue finish in protected areas, metal overall mottled gray patina, markings mostly discernable, wood grips are refinished w/ partially discernable cartouche on right side, heavy edge wear left inside toe, mechanically fine w/ crisp, rifled bore. (01-17404/JS). ANTIQUE. $3,500-5,000.
