Cal. 22 LR. S# 6769. Bbl. 5". Mfg. 1936 w/ all correct features to include: 6 stacked fiber washers on recoil spring guide; short checkered trigger & border checkered wide spur hammer. Checkered slide stop & thumb safety w/out undercuts. Long grip safety & coarse checkered mainspring housing. "X" over VP proof on left front of trigger guard; "60" on right. Bbl. marked "COLT ACE 22 MATCH". MAGS: 1 Colt 2 tone 10 rd. w/ formed steel follower. Base worn of finish w/ stained appearance. CONDITION: generally good appearance w/ extreme hand wear in grip area along w/ stained appearance. High point wear & light marks throughout mixed w/ peppery oxidation. Near excellent appearance of mag. release. Noticeably hand worn grips & screws w/ right side screws having stained appearance. Replacement serrated front sight blade w/ grind marks inside slide under sight from final fitting. Stained peppery appearance of bbl. at port; near excellent bore. (19-5978/NW). CURIO. $1,200-1,600.
