Main Description: Functions mechanically as designed. Manufactured 1863, visible numbers match. Approx. 20 percent blueing remaining. Brass bead, round barrel with address Col Sam'l, Colt New York US America. Church Steeple fluted cylinder, checkered spur hammer and smooth trigger, steel frame retains some colour case hardening, brass trigger guard and backstrap that retain some nickel finish. Two piece smooth wood grips, loading lever under barrel.
Wear: Metal finish shows a few pitted spots, scratches, handling marks and wear. Grips show some marks and scratches
