Cal. 45 ACP. S# 145851. Bbl. 5". Mfg. 1917 under Army contract. All correct features except bbl. is Colt w/ "G" in front of lugs but void of any other marks plus mismatched grips; dbl. diamond left, full checkered right. "H" provisional inspection mark on frame & rear of slide. MAGS: 1 fair 2 tone Colt 7 rd. CONDITION: generally good appearance as refinished w/ thinning in grip area along w/ peppery oxidation on mainspring housing. Slide has abundant holster & use wear. Medium exterior bbl. wear along w/ circular punch marks on each side of bbl. lugs to retain link pin; good bore w/ traces of light frosting. Noticeably hand worn grips; more on left. (20-346/NW). CURIO. $900-1,400.
