Main Description: Functions mechanically as designed, slight play in cylinder. This revolver is 1 of 990 Purchased for the Canadian Militia, Lower Canada had the lowest number issued, this one is First Quebec number 28 with 46 issue July 1856. Bead front sight, traces of blueing remain, octagon barrel marked Address Col Colt London. Naval cylinder scene is visible, checkered spur hammer. Two piece smooth wood grips, loading lever below barrel.
Wear: Metal finish shows some scratches, handling marks and wear. Grips show some marks, scratches and wear.
