This grouping consists of approx. 100 buttons including 10 Confederate of many varieties. Excavated eagle breast plate w/ "W.H. SMITH / Brooklyn" marker's marks & an enlisted stamped brass infantry horn insignia. CONDITION: fair to fine. Some of the excavated buttons are in poor condition w/ creases, erosion & missing backs.
