Main Description: Manufactured by Enfield 1869. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, barrel marked steel, breechblock has MK3 latch, side lock marked Crown VR with checkered spur hammer that functions, has the nipple protector. One piece smooth full military wood stock, straight grip cracked behind lock, smooth brass butt plate, tang marked D, II, SC, 12. Right side of stock has partial Enfield roundel, large letter C with double broad arrows inside indicating sold from Canadian Military Stores. Sling swivels, three barrel bands, steel ramrod.

Wear: Metal finish turning brown with light pitted spots, rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stocks show some marks, scratches and wear.
