Main Description: Does not function as mechanically designed. Manufactured by Enfield 1884, frame and barrel match. This revolver issued to North West Mounted Police listed in Klancher's book page 183. Blade front sight with ramp, fixed u notched rear sight, left side of frame has double broad arrow indicating sold from stores, round barrel, does not pivot when grooved button is pulled to the rear, checkered spur hammer, difficult to cock, functions intermittently when trigger is pulled, loading gate spring is very weak. Traces of blueing remain. One piece smooth wood grip, lanyard ring.
Wear: Metal finish shows some light pitted spots, rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Grip shows some marks, scratches and wear.
