Original tip off one of the laser guns used in the Glen A. Larson created science-fiction adventure television series 'Buck Rogers in the 25th Century' (1979 1981), where a 20th century astronaut emerges out of 500 years of suspended animation into a future time to become Earth's greatest hero.
