1. The St. John Ambulance brigade (India), 1956, Service to Humanity Seva Medal, Mahatma Gandhi, Bronze, Awarded to "S.V. R. Vaidya", Obv: bust of Mahatma Gandhi, legend "AWARDED BY THE ST. JOHN AMBULANCE BRIGADE (INDIA)” around the field, Rev: in the circle "AWARDED TO S3 S.V.R. VAIDYA-XVI DISTT. ST. JAB 1956" and legend around "FOR SERVICE TO HUMANITY - SEVA MEDAL", this medal is the post-Independence version, replacing the earlier one featuring Queen Victoria, along with the ring, 20.77g, 37.84mm.
2. U.K., St. John Ambulance Association, Silver Medal, Obv: Order of St John in the center, lettering "ST. JOHN AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION" around, Rev: engraved "1590 KAIKHASHRU G. PAJNIGARA" a Parsee recipient, It was awarded to those who had passed three examinations, at least two of which had to be in First Aid to the Injured, makers and hallmark details, 12.09g, 39.64mm.
