Original prop cyclone made for 'Blade', played by Wesley Snipes in the production of Blade II (2002), the superhero movie where, Blade forms an uneasy alliance with the vampire council in order to combat the Reapers, who are feeding on vampires. Blade II was released on March 22, 2002 and was a box office success, grossing over $155 million. It also received mostly positive reviews from critics, earning praise for its performances, atmosphere, direction, and action sequences.
Made of metal. Has a spring which allows it to stay in a locked position until the user spreads the blades out.
Used to promote the film and can be seen on advertising materials but not seen in the final version of the film.
