A two-piece lot of original Black Eyed Peas touring documentation: a stage-used teleprompter lyric binder containing the full printed lyric sheets and setlist structure for a 2012-2013 era live production, and an official "The Beginning" Crew Itinerary booklet for the Europe 2011 touring leg — the latter containing a complete personnel roster that directly names and identifies each band member, management team member, and touring musician by role, providing primary-source documentation relevant to multiple instruments and artifacts in this auction.

Historical Context

The Black Eyed Peas — comprising will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo, and Fergie — were among the most commercially dominant acts in the world during the 2009-2011 period, driven by The E.N.D. (2009) and The Beginning (2010). Their touring and broadcast appearances during this era included the 2011 Super Bowl XLV Halftime Show, the 2010 FIFA World Cup Opening Ceremony, Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve (December 31, 2009), the 2010 American Music Awards, the 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, and numerous major international festival and arena performances. The E.N.D. World Tour ran from 2009 through 2011 and was one of the most technically elaborate production tours of its era.

The two items in this lot represent two distinct eras of the band's live activity. The Crew Itinerary documents the European leg of the The Beginning touring cycle (2011), the band's second world tour following the release of their sixth studio album. The teleprompter lyric binder reflects a later era of live performance, incorporating will.i.am's 2012-2013 collaborative and solo output alongside BEP catalog material — including "Scream and Shout" (will.i.am feat. Britney Spears, released November 2012), "#That Power" (2013), and "This Is Love" (will.i.am feat. Eva Simons, 2012).

Item 1 — Teleprompter Lyric Binder

A black three-ring binder used as a stage teleprompter reference document, containing 20 letter-sized lyric sheets in protective plastic sleeves, organized by five colored tab dividers. The cover page is titled "Lyric Book" in red and lists the full show setlist with individual song timing allocations:

Intro — Scream and Shout Remix (:90) / I Gotta Feeling (4:00) / #That Power (2:30) / This Is Love (3:00) / Bang Bang (4:00) / DJ Band Jam [Boom Boom Pow / Dirty Bit / Teen Spirit / DJ who is ready to jump / Otherside / Shots] (15:00) / Scream and Shout (3:30)

Each section is individually tabbed. Pages are headed "Teleprompter" and contain printed lyrics with verse, chorus, and performer attribution cues as used in live production. The DJ Band Jam section documents the extended medley structure used in performance, incorporating both BEP catalog material and outside tracks. Binder dimensions: 10 x 11.5".

Item 2 — "The Beginning" Crew Itinerary Europe 2011

An official internal crew itinerary booklet for the Black Eyed Peas' The Beginning European touring leg, 2011. Spiral-bound with a yellow coil, the cover features the official The Beginning artwork in an 8-bit / pixel art style depicting all four band members, titled "THE BLACK EYED PEAS / THE BEGINNING / CREW ITINERARY / EUROPE 2011." Interior contents include a full personnel roster listing all tour principals by name and role, including:

Peas: will.i.am, Fergie, Taboo, apl.de.ap

Management: William Adams, Polo Molina, David Sonenberg, William
Derella (Managers); Jenn Sartory (Tour Manager); Robert Grant (Road

Bucky Jonson [band]: Printz Board (Musical Director / Keys /
