Bates Motel (2013-2017) - Taxidermy Suitcase Kit.
Original prop taxidermy kit used by "Will Decody", played by Ian Hart in the psychological horror drama television series 'Bates Motel' (2013-2017).
This kit features 16 metallic surgical instruments, three unspecified animal jaws, a wooden brush, a medical plunger, twine, nine medical plastic containers, and an instruction booklet inside a leatherette-bound briefcase with faux brass clasps engraved "W. Decody." The clasps exhibit tarnishing, the leatherette is peeling off the handle and top, and interior components are distressed throughout by production to appear well-used and aged.
Measuring 19" x 11" x 7".
A contemporary prequel to Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 film Psycho, it depicts the lives of Norman Bates (Freddie Highmore) and his mother Norma (Vera Farmiga) prior to the events portrayed in the film and in a modern-day setting.
