Bad Heart Bull owned this 2 shot Derringer. No Water asked to borrow it one day to hunt buffalo and Bad Heart Bull let him use it. The real reason No Water borrowed the Derringer was to kill Crazy Horse and No Water's wife, Black Buffalo Woman. She was trying to leave her husband for Crazy Horse. No Water shot Crazy Horse in the face and it went out through the back of his neck but he survived.
