Main Description: This Spencer Carbine has a partial Broad Arrow and clear WD markings indicating British War Department Issue, possibly 1 of 1000 turned over to Canada by the British. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, back action lock with checkered spur hammer that functions, saddle ring and bar on left side. Two piece smooth full military wood stocks, forearm is chipped and cracked, straight grip chipped and cracked behind receiver, smooth steel butt plate, magazine tube is present, stock cracked at heel and mid point, right side of stock has Broad arrow WD, rear sling swivel only, single barrel band.

Wear: Metal finish turning brown with pitting, light rust, handling marks and wear. Stocks show marks, scratches and wear.
