Main Description: British manufacture 1862. Blade front sight with ramp, adjustable u notched ladder rear sight, barrel stamped with letter S double broad arrows indicating Sold from stores. Side lock with partial Crown VR, checkered spur hammer that functions, nipple protector (Leather separating from the steel). One piece smooth full military wood stock, has G Wright stamped above trigger guard, straight grip, smooth brass butt plate, tang marked M/H.E/102, right side of stock has the Sold from stores mark 8/78 7/1879 20/B, sling swivels, two barrel bands, cleaning rod, bayonet lug.

Wear: Metal finish turning brown with a few light rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stocks show marks, scratches and wear.
