Main Description: Manufactured by Remington, bolt unnumbered. This was originally a rifle with the barrel forend and handguard shortened to make a carbine. Blade front sight with ears and ramp, adjustable rear peep sight with ears, blued metal finish. Three piece smooth full military wood stocks, finger grooved forearm, modified volley sight plate on left side, pistol grip, smooth steel butt plate with trap, missing stock disk has a brass plate marked SAU-CIE HSN 6658, sling swivels, bayonet lug.
Wear: Metal finish shows some scratches, handling marks and wear. Stocks show some marks, scratches and wear.
