Main Description: Block front sight, traces of blueing remain, clear proof marks on rear of barrel, side lock marked Crown VR Enfield with checkered spur hammer that functions. One piece smooth full military wood stock, straight grip, smooth brass butt plate with unmarked tang, Enfield roundel dated 1845 on right side, left side of stock above trigger guard stamped with a letter S Crown proof mark and W.S, sling swivels ramrod, has lovell bayonet catch.
Wear: Metal finish shows a few light pitted spots, rust speckles, handling marks and wear. Stocks show a few small chips, scratches, handling marks and wear.
