(Disney, 1961) A particularly dynamic animation cel from one of Goofy's final Golden Era shorts, "Aquamania." In the film Goofy inadvertently enters into a water ski race and becomes entangled with a frightened octopus. The cel was trimmed and prepared in a mat frame for sale at the Disneyland Art Corner. The piece has a 9.25"x6.25" mat opening within its 12"x9" mat, and the painted character image size is 7.25"x5.5". Although the edges of the mat exhibit some discoloration due to age, the cel itself is in very fine condition and retains a Disneyland label on the reverse.
